The workshop made custom built-in wardrobes, but the entire inquiry process was manual — phone, email, paper sketches, repeat site visits. Customers never saw what they were buying until it was too late to change. Competitors were fighting for the same segment, all without a digital channel.
What we built
- →Real-time 3D wardrobe configurator in the browser — precise dimensions, materials, doors, interior fittings, PBR viewer
- →AI assistant that takes plain-language requests and applies them as structured changes in 3D
- →Automated quoting with cut-list that runs in the background once the design is finalised
- →Multi-tenant architecture from day one — ready for other workshops to plug in
Following the success with the first client (omara.si), it's now being packaged as a platform any cabinetry workshop can run under their own domain — ClosetForge.
